Another hot day!!! Another unbearably hot day in the kitchen. Delivery was a quick affair (couldn’t let the frozen defrost) and I did it all on my own 😉I had a system that works, then getting on with my prep before most of the kitchen staff got in.
Guests making the most of our beer garden again today. And chasing people for my tongs, and watching as they descend on the warm rolls.
Helped the waitresses clear their tables, and cleared up the boxes in the yard. So a hot, but productive day.

Baby sat for my grand puppies, mid morning we got ready and left the dogs and went to an eye doctor appointment for hubby. Developing a cataract and was referred to an eye specialist
Many tests were performed and the we had a talk with the doctor. For now hubby’s vision is still quite good, so no need to rush into surgery for now.
Home for late lunch and then I was off again for a hair appointment (for cut).
Back home again and fed the dogs their dinner. My son came over to get his laundry done and play with the dogs and our cat which is in hiding while the dogs are here
