Thursday’s Post

Delivery day. But first I had an appointment with the asthma nurse. This is my first time with her. So weight, height and blood pressure is taken. We run through a series of questions. Then I’m given a new prescription for a different inhaler. Need to take it for four weeks, then another visit to the nurse, we will see if this benefits me, or a different one.

So I get to work, and delivery is already there, half of the stock has been put away, so it’s really just the fresh stuff to go in my big fridge. Prepping to make sure the evening shift has plenty.

The walk home although wet, I did remain relatively dry. No splashing from cars. Which is always a bonus.
