A pretty miserable day. But I got to grab a quick coffee and chat with a friend, before going to work.
Rained on and off. Delivery was a soggy affair as we had quite a few boxes!!
I really shouldn’t be surprised at how little prep some people do…. I came in next expecting too much done. And so I wasn’t really surprised!!
But by the time I finished work, I’d prepped up the salad fridge. I’d prepped plenty of back up, and still managed to keep pot wash tidy and a few desserts.
And a plus, I got to walk home in the daylight 😊 the new manager decided I wasn’t needed till 5pm, so I went at 3pm.
