Kindle Review… Two Souls United (Etherya’s Earth)by Rebecca Hefner

Two Souls United (Etherya’s Earth)by Rebecca Hefner

Description…..

Book #5.5 in the Etherya’s Earth Series

Two of the most beloved characters in the series find their happy ever after in this sweet, steamy novella…

Sam, uncle to Jack, whose strength and bravery are only matched by his kindness and compassion.

Glarys, the feisty, caring estate manager who puts everyone else first.

Two souls who aren’t searching for love but might still find it nevertheless.

Enjoy your time in Etherya’s Earth!

**The Etherya’s Earth series is best read in order so the reader can enjoy the evolution of the characters. After all, the author loves a good twist and wants the reader to uncover them organically. However, readers of romance rest assured that each book has its own featured hero/heroine and HEA.

My Review……
Don’t you just love it when an author takes you back to a place you love? Yup, me too.
And I love this series.
Sam was a side character in a few books. He’s uncle/guardian to a young boy Jack.
He became his guardian after Jack’s parents were killed.
He met Lila (in the book Elusive Sun) and through Jack, Lila got to know Sam. And I did have to wonder if they would become an item? But Lila only ever really had eyes for one vampire, so a firm friendship was formed.
I had completely forgotten about Glarys, and had to go back and read the series to hunt her out (good excuse for a reread if ever I heard one)
Shes’ the housekeeper (estate manager) to the royal family and loves it, but as she’s watched them grow up and find love, Glarys wondered what to do now…..
The attraction between the two main characters is a slow burn romance, neither wanting to make the first move. Both thinking the other isn’t really interested. But as they are both with mates (Glarys lost her mate years ago) it’s time to move forward with their lives.
This does take place i between books 5 & 6, so it’s best to read after reading those books. You don’t want spoilers now, do you?
It’s a great little story. I did hope that Sam would get a book. Glarys was lovely. Such a perfect mate for Sam.
We get a few fight scenes. We get interaction with some of the previous characters, and I loved catching up with them again.
Both characters are older, so it’s nice that the older generation can still find love (you forget that the vampires can live for centuries)
Both have insecurities that they need to work through, but helping each other to overcome them was great to read.
And now I’m back in Etherya, I want more 😉

Rebecca Hefner grew up in Western NC and now calls the Hudson River of NYC home. In her youth, she would sneak into her mother’s bedroom and read the romance novels stashed on the bookshelf, cementing her love of HEAs. A huge Buffy and Star Wars fan, she loves an epic fantasy and a surprise twist (Luke, he IS your father).
Before becoming an author, Rebecca had a successful twelve-year medical device sales career. After launching her own indie publishing company, she is now a full-time author who loves writing strong, complex characters who find their HEAs. She would be thrilled to hear from you anytime at rebecca@rebeccahefner.com.

Hi I’m an avid reader. I also write reviews for the books I read. Come in and say hi. You can find me on GoodReads, Bookbub, and NetGalley 👩🏻‍💻 I also review on an awesome site The Reading Cafe (run by Barb and Sandy) So ........ More about me 🤨 I’m almost 50 🤫 I’ve been married (for 27 years) I have a 30 year old son. I had a daughter, I lost her a week before her 21st birthday 😥 and it’s been 5 years since she’s been gone (and not a day goes by that I don’t miss her) I work as a salad 🥗 chef 👩‍🍳 in a restaurant, haven’t been there long (before that I worked in Tesco) a large supermarket in the UK. I also like to make craft items (and if your really lucky) and I’ll try to post my efforts on here 😉 My daughter loved butterflies (so part of my blog name is dedicated to her) I’ve taken on her love of butterflies (I have several tattoos) so I’m probably going to throw quiet a few butterflies on here 😉 I LOVE PENGUINS 🐧 💕so I’m also going to be putting a few on here (my library holds a few) 😉 <img src="https://d1vbo0kv48thhl.cloudfront.net/images/featured_book_reviewer_big.png"
