My Review
This book is short, but oh so intense….And it’s rumoured to be a prequel to a new series (I’m keeping my fingers crossed it’s true)
Luca and Liam are brothers, they are also being groomed to take over the Mafia kingdom and rule one day.
Luca is so intense, and definitely my favourite brother (he brings bad boy to a new level) his obsession with Jill has only grown over the years, and his childhood teasing has definitely grown darker with time. In fact I’d say it borders on being a bully (but there is a fine line between love and hate!)
Jill and her sister Jasmine have known Luca and Liam since they were kids, they also knew that one day a marriage of convenience would be arranged between the families. Both sisters would do anything for the other one, and in this story, blood is definitely thicker than water. Sacrifices are made, and alliances are broken!
We get snatched of their lives growing up in this story. We also get to see how Luca behaves around Jill. What we don’t expect is the twist that took me by surprise.
It’s a great start to what I’m hoping is a new book soon 😉
