Don’t Cry Over Spilled MILF: The G.D. Taylors Series by Laura Pavlov and Willow Aster

Don’t Cry Over Spilled MILF: The G.D. Taylors Series by Laura Pavlov and Willow Aster Publication Date 18/11/2021

Description

A hot, sexy playboy and a gorgeous single mother who wants nothing to do with him.
Buckle up, Susannah Brighton. Gus is coming for you. No pun intended.

Susannah
I make my living writing romance.
I prefer my heroes to remain fictional.
But Gus Taylor is better than anything I could have dreamed up.
Sexy and funny and dauntingly handsome.
My little girl and I have been on our own for a long time and thatโ€™s the way I want to keep it.
But Gus Taylor makes me question everything I believe.

Gus
Iโ€™m a good-time guy.
Iโ€™ve always worn the title with pride.
But from the moment Susannah Brighton moves next door, Iโ€™m a goner.
And sheโ€™s got a little girl.
In the beginning, I think sheโ€™s just a mom Iโ€™d like toโ€”forget about it.
All thatโ€™s changed now that I know Susannah and her angelic daughter.
Iโ€™ll do whatever it takes to win her over.
Because when you know, you know.
And I plan on writing myself into her happily ever after.

**This is book 4 in the G.D. Taylors series. Each one features a different sibling and can be read as a complete standalone. A HEA is guaranteed!**

My Review

Book four in this fabulous series has the loveable Gus meeting his match.

Gus has seen his brothers fall under the wheels of love bus, and has no plans to get caught riding that mode of transportation! Is you want a little fun with no commitment, then Gus is your guy.
But that idea comes crashing down when he meets the neighbour! A stunning creature that has Gus wondering where she has been all his life. But the neighbour isnโ€™t too keen on striking up a conversation let alone anything else! But he sees this as a challenge and sets out to become indispensable to someone he feels will have an impact on his life in the future!

Being a widower for a few years now, her only goal has been to survive and to care for her daughter. Susannah has poured her time, and efforts into making sure Olive wants for nothing. And now her writing career has finally paid off, she can give her daughter the stability she deserves. She certainly doesnโ€™t have time to flirt or chat with the cute neighbour, even if he is good with her daughter.

With this book (which you can read without reading the others first) and in fact with the whole series, I can guarantee youโ€™ll not put it down till the last word on the page. Both Willow and Laura draw you in and keep you there until theyโ€™ve rung every emotion out of you. Descriptions will have you right in the moment. The banter will have you chuckling, and the moments between Gus and Olive will have you melting into a puddle of warm goo.

But first Gus has to charm and wheedle his way into their lives. And I first I thought he might be using the little girl to get to the mother! But thatโ€™s not the case, he really does like Olive and does his best to make her smile or chuckle every time he sees her.

So can Gus really win Susannah over? Or will the only admirer he have be Olive?
