Picked this book up this morning, I now have a book hangover! I need a Caleb 😆
Love this authors work.
It’s a stand alone book, so no cliffhanger, but with plenty of twists and turns, that will keep you glued to the pages….
Three years ago, a chance encounter has Caleb and Cameron meeting, and exploring one another for four fantastic weeks….. Then the age gap that didn’t worry Cameron, had Caleb claiming otherwise…. Cue tears and heartache (both of them as it happens)
But with time Cameron is in a better place, so when a young man asks her out for a date, Cameron accepts. It’s going great, there is a great connection, sparks, the whole thing. About to take it to the next level …… Dad appears wanting to speak to his son….. well you have to have guessed who the daddy is?! Yup!! Caleb 😉
But before Cameron can break it off with Danny, and it’s not to get back with daddy, it’s to save her heart all over again, Danny blurts put his undying love (and a hot encounter on the kitchen worktop) what’s a girl to do now???
There is angst, a dark twist and hot encounters. The author can pull out all types of emotions without even trying…..
I wanted to hate Caleb for breaking her heart.
I wanted to shout out “behind you” on several occasions.
And I sobbed like a baby on a fair few pages.
I don’t want to spoil your enjoyment, but if you’re looking for an age gap romance with angst and hot encounters….. grab this one ….
