Insta-love/slow burn/medium steam romance. With a couple of characters your going to fall in love with.
Our two leads are Myles and Carina, when they meet it is instant attraction and interest in one other like neither of them have felt before. Itโs not to be ignored or is it?
Myles is a construction worker. Heโs been asked to do a job that will possibly change his life!
But at the moment standing outside in the cold, heโs not seeing the bigger picture!
he has been asked to do a job for an elderly man and his granddaughter. He hates that heโs standing out in the cold while his brother is nice and toasty in the van but it will be a thing thatโll change his life from that day on whether thatโs for the good or bad we will have to wait and see.. he is handsome, incredibly sweet and charming. Totally determined to get what he wants, be a better man (even though he is a pretty great one already) and earn the respect from the man he wants it most right now, though he will not give up the one thing he wants to make him happy – thatโs not an opinion.
Will one mistake take away what he hasnโt yet had the chance to call his? Can he earn her trust?
Carina is beautiful inside and out! She has known the pain of a tragic loss and with that chose how she lives her life, nothing holds her back and the choices she made empower her not defeat her. Some may not understand but it was right for her and thatโs all that matters. She canโt take her eyes off myles when they first meet, tells her bestie about the hottie and her mind canโt help but wonder to him.
Will she put herself out there to give him a chance? Open up to hurt?
This book has so many funny moments throughout, I loved the secondary characters and the parts they played. It has moments of sadness, hurt and loss. Moments of unbelievable cuteness, slight steam and just adorable.
